Shed Site Prep

Shell Rock pads for your shed

We install laser leveled gravel pads for prefab sheds and garages, pole buildings and more.

Benefits of building a pad for your shed

> Having a level solid pad to set your shed on will help to keep your shed from settling over time.

> Animals are not able to dig under the building as easily.

How Does It Work?

  1. When we show up at your site, the first thing we'll do is measure out the exact dimensions of your shed, plus 1 foot extra all the way around.
  2. Next, we use a tracked skid steer to skim out the topsoil, grass, and roots that we don't want under the new shed pad.
  3. Now it's time to bring in the material, we use shell rock because it creates the most solid base. The shell rock will be compacted every few inches as it is placed in the pad area to make sure it won't settle afterward.
  4. Finally, it's time to get out the laser equipment to get that perfect final grade, smooth out the area around the pad and you're all set for that new building!
